With an arsenal of 3D printers, our facility can bring any idea to life. For large projects, our Modex printer is capable of rendering pieces on a 6’ x 2 x 2’ bed. Smaller, more precise concepts use our Markforged 3D printers, capable of rendering the most durable materials, including Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, Fiberglass, Nylon, Stainless Steel, Inconel, Copper, and Tool Steels.
Rapid Prototyping
Our boutique facility uses software specifically engineered for single-run items to provide rapid prototypes for any project. While larger additive manufacturers need multiple runs to make an item worth the expense, we’re happy to deliver small runs more effectively. Create one-off prototypes or specialized equipment that may otherwise cost thousands to produce.
Post Processing
From sanding and finishing to bracket deletion, precision in refinement is essential to delivering an accurate final product. It could be applying paint or sanding the print to that perfect luster - our engineers are happy to see the final product to your desired specifications. Services include cleaning, fixing, curing or hardening, surface finishing, coloring, and more.
